As long as the house is not in the direct path of Qi , ( tumbok ) or located near a cliff or is located in the outside of a cul de sac, and is located in a good neighborhood , not to near a church or hospital or cemetery or school . you should be fine. The orientation is location of north, and it is used to design the house perfectly for the occupants.
