Garden Dream: “Feng Shui Way”

Feng Shui, according to research, is ancient art and science of arranging elements in your internal and external environments with the objective of enhancing health, wealth, and happiness for you, your family and business.

It rests on insight into, the principles of Yin Yang, the Five Elements, the Eight Trigrams, the East/West compass theory, and your own immediate environment.

This “own immediate environment” is primarily, your home. Feng shui applied in homes affect positively an individual’s condition that regard to health, wealth and happiness.

The basic principles of feng shui applied in homes include an in-depth understanding and application of the theories of Yin Yang, along with the balancing of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water) and taking into consideration the magnetic fields that permeate the natural environment and impact the latter in diverse ways.
According to research, there is a vibrant energy endowing all life on earth, called Qi.

“Qi is the life energy, the invisible but powerful magnetic current that flows through all things in nature. It is the cosmic breath, the life force in the living and inanimate objects as well.”

“The Wind and Water are the building blocks of Classical Feng Shui because the ancient Chinese believed that wind disperses Qi and water holds Qi. Wind and water are therefore the inescapable transports for all Qi. When you think about all Earth as blanketed by both air and water, then you realize how all-pervasive Qi is.”

Applying this to your immediate environment, one of the most favorite parts of a home is the garden. This too, should be analyzed, by a Feng Shui expert.
